We are definitely committed to providing quality furniture pieces across our catalog, so we offer 1 year guarantee on all Quirk products.

If in any case some concerns arise due to manufacturing defects, feel free to reach out to us for a direct replacement and we’ll have it delivered at your door right away.

But if the defect is due to mishandling and usual wear and tear, we do not offer warranty or returns.

Delivery

Quirk offers door-to-door delivery service anywhere in the Philippines. Rates will depend on the location of the delivery.

For special requests such as delivery after mall hours, additional charges may apply.

Absolutely! We offer assembly services free of charge on all orders. You can opt to have the items assembled and ready upon pick-up, or assembled on site upon delivery.
Yes! If in case you would like to opt for your own service, please be aware that any damages incurred during delivery will be beyond our responsibility. We can assure you however, that all items for delivery were checked for their quality and suitability for use before dispatch.

Returns and Cancellations

We understand that things happen, and we’re sad to know that you’re planning to cancel. 😔

For pre-ordered items, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not allowed.

For stock orders, cancellations are allowed but charges will apply accordingly.

Yes, definitely! A refund or exchange will be provided for items with manufacturing or factory defects.
